3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate meeting minutes, document summaries, categorizations, and chat responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated meeting minutes should be reviewed and approved by authorized personnel before being treated as official records.
- AI-powered chat responses are provided for informational convenience and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.
- Document categorization and analysis performed by AI may require human verification.
- Fred is not a substitute for professional legal, accounting, or management counsel.
5. Data & Privacy
